It is good to have faith and to cover the mazar of a fakir with chaddar

For that is the Highest darbar, you can give silk, cotton or khaddar

The same goes for all places of worship which belong to different creeds

You should give to all that need help, all forms, all kinds, all breeds

Yet one of the greatest donation is to give the same chaddar to kid on the road

No matter how much you collect, no use how much you safely hoard

When the time comes, the creator will come to your rescue and support

He knows if you help someone, you do not need any evidence or vote

So next time you see a kid sleeping naked having nothing to eat

Better give the chaddar on the child, it is equally pure and pious feat

When you learn to serve the poor, the forsaken and the needy

When you learn to share what you have, without being greedy

That is the day when you can feel happy and satisfied from within

Remember such acts will help you for sure, through all thick and thin
