With a strange mixture of qualities, such is the Shiva Lord Divine

To understand Him is beyond the ordinary, He is so sublime

On one hand, He is the most indifferent of the deities at all times

He is pleased with simple prayers even if just like nursery rhymes

On the other hand He may not be affected by Prayers for ages

There have been people trying to reach to Him, so say the sages

Yet even after thousands of years of isolation, they could not reach

Yet the Bholenath remains without any intentions to preach

He breaks into the divine dance, the naad which is the source of light

To reach him is the greatest achievement, it is the highest of the height
