You can make a box and use it as a worry box. You can use your own creativity and decorate the box accordingly. You will definitely realise with time that how useful this remedy is and how nicely you are able to deal with all your worries.
Most of the time we are worrying so much about a thing that we are not able to think of solutions at all. When we follow this method of worry box we get some time away from the worry.
