As we celebrate Navratris it is a time to worship Mother Divine

Certainly a great occasion, we all visit the Mother’s Shrine

In our ancient land, the feminine has been worshiped as incarnation of God

Granted highest of the highest place, even higher than the Lord

Yet it is unfortunate how over time things have changed its drastic

It is a real situation of many homes, even though it sounds sarcastic

The Divine Mother in human form, the mother is in state of abyss

The same Divine Form who protected, cared and provided you bliss

You dont even seem to bother and are lost in your own selfish act

Even if Maa Durga reincarnated, she wouldnt deny this fact

It is only fortunate if you get to have her blessings like a beautiful song

Those who have lost this form, only know how they so long

The riches of the world cannot replace the Divine Form on this earth

Even the creator would not do anything, and love would be in dearth

Before turning her out from your home, just remember you will pay one day

Its only if you take her blessings, the Divine Mother will have something to say
