Silence and stillness are the ornaments of a sadhak (seeker)

Still turbulence and noise can never be a badhak (obstacle)

Stillness from within is to be practiced without fail

Then only you can write a successful victorious tale

The one who remains calm despite all odds

Such a person equals the highest of Gods

From the stillness inside comes the ultimate gyan (knowledge)

You become so holy without any ritual snan (holy bathing)

If you are able to follow these principles and act

You will be your own master, just know this fact
