In this mad mad race to get ahead, yet reach no where

There is hardly some time to stop, look and care

Most of the people in this materialistic world think the same

They see life not as a gift but just a profit loss game

Yet the law of karma tells us that the only way to rise

Which has a true meaning and lasting one, so say the wise

Is to uplift others and then you will rise above on your own

For nature will ensure you will reap whatever you have sown

So instead of fighting amongst each other and trying to win

Treat each one on this planet as your dearest kith and kin

Only when you follow this rule of all embracing ascent

Nature will see to it that you are in the straight crescent
